members list in the new format.
Hi Albert and Isabel, could we have those original membership forms so we can
type and encode them in one master list.
I have my laptop that we can use.
I would like to ask the permission of our dear Ambassador if we could use the
space in the consular hall
where we are having our kumustahan from 11am to 2:45 pm. Friday 10 oct.
Please inform me if anyone would like to join me there this coming Friday.
We'd like that this kind of work be done as fast as we could. There is no
excuse for delay.
Any one free to help from our Board and Exec. Officers and Directors.
those with laptop can bring theirs too to fast track the job required.

company not complete (please see attached) Data is available only from the
membership forms (with Albert & Isabel)2. Incorporators (61) and Charter
members (192) - membership forms / data for insurance not available.3. Received
handwritten list with 147 new members from Mr. Boy Refugio (not included in the
above summary) Need to re-type the 5 page list.4. In some reports (excel
sheets), members names and surnames are entered in separate colums while the
rest are all in 1 column. This makes consolidation complicated and time
consuming. Total members as of 08 Oct. 2008 accounted as follows:
