In fact, as Ambassador had relayed the information, the Minister gave her go signal for us to bring this matter up in the cabinet level for the approval of the cabinet thru the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In short once FILEX Foundation is recognized by the cabinet decision, we can now open a bank account and thus, we would have now a juridical personality in the UAE. As regard to our fund transfer to Manila, it was suggested that the money be transferred thru the Red Crescent. His Excellency will have a meeting with the head of the Red Crescent to tackle this issue. We would like to thank H. E. Ambassador Libran for the excellent job done for the sake of FILEX Foundation. We wish His Excellency the best of health and thanks for being with us always. Please try to disseminate our letter and flyer to all kabayan in your areas.
