Very good suggestion, however, to avoid being left out, there is that notice for all to add or correct what one has done because this is a report of every officers accomplishments rolled into one report coming from the Board of Trustees. Looks redundant but we need to know how much one has done for the campaign. The reason why this was sent to filex2007 group for them to react and do what is necessary like what you've done now. This is not my report but a body's report. So, everyone should contribute. Later on this should be continued by the Executive officers.

Recently, upon invitation of Ambassador Cabactulan, Consul General Noel Servigon and I, had another successful visit and courtesy audience with the Director General of UAE Red Crescent. The Hon. Director General Ali Bin Abdullah Bin Kaabi was happy to know that we have such an organization to help and provide aid to our compatriots in dire need. Since FILEX Foundation is a humanitarian organization, Red Crescent, FILEX Foundation and our Philippine National Red Cross plan to have a tripartite agreement on ways to help our needy kababayan and in this process, we have openly discussed how we can smoothly transfer funds to the Philippines, to help our compatriots and our country with the needed aid or assistance especially those areas affected by calamities. In order to thresh out the process, Red Crescent, FILEX and PNRC (Thru e-mail and teleconference) had another meeting in the Red Crescent office in the presence of the Red Crescent International Advisor and Consul General Noel Servigon. Let me also inform you that during the birthday of Mde. Fe Cabactulan, the gracious wife of the ambassador, FILEX has not spent a single dirham. The truth was Mde. Fe Cabactulan, instead of celebrating her birthday outside with her family and close friends, she had a dinner for a cause that evening instead , and was able to raise AED12,200 AND DONATED THE SAME AMOUNT TO FILEX FOUNDATION. THE AMOUNT WAS DEPOSITED AS PART OF THE FUND CAPITAL OF THE FILEX WHICH CANNOT BE WITHDRAWN BY THE TWO SIGNATORIES BECAUSE WE HAVE REQUIRED ANOTHER THIRD PERSON TO SIGN ANY WITHDRAWAL.
