Dear Colleagues, Once again, we reiterate our call for our Fujairah trip tomorrow, Friday, 16 Jan. 09.
We need to support Rody and more importantly as FILEX Trustee, we ought to show our utmost concern in promoting FILEX Foundation to our kababayan. Our next trip would be Ras Al Khaimah on 23 Jan 09. Please make a space in your calendar for FILEX. As regards the trip tomorrow, we have canvassed 3 car rentals including Ghazal taxi and the common price is 800 dirhams for 8 hrs trip and back with driver of course. Please note Fujairah is approx. 296 kms from Abu Dhabi. One car rental would not mind if we stay longer than 8 hrs and has an american car which is good for long trip. We kindly request all to approve this amount for the Fujairah trip. The money should be taken from our logistics fund, those coming from personal contributions and sponsorship. This is an official trip for IBT and we believe that we need to support our own official functions. We are inviting and requesting all the Executive Officers and Directors to support our Fujairah trip. Please join us tomorrow. Those coming are Boy Refugio, Dick Orense, Rene Fernandez, Paging Mr. President, Rene Fernandez, your officers cooperation is earnestly requested.
