That their position as BOT in the board as an adviser/ tie breaker and must not hold an officers in the BoT nor executive post. Actually, their election in the Embassy last 25 September 2009 was illegal, there were no Election happened, there were BoT's not even nominated but were just called to come and be present and nominated to be a Trustee. The registered member should have the right to vote for their Board of Trustees. (hindi yong kahit sino na lang ay puede na, dahil wala silang nakuhang Filipino leaders na interesado sa Filex, The FilEx election of BoTs is a failure. Ang FilEx ay scam, dahil hanggang nyayon hindi pa nila binalik ang aming pera at hindi nakikipagharap sa aming (Katilingban Sang Mga Illonggo) reklamo na ibalik ang amin pera dahil nag withdraw na kami dyan sa FilEx. Hanggang ngayon ay wala pang nangyari sa aming reklamo sa Philippine Embassy at marami narin ang mga nagrereklamo na hindi nila hinarahap. Hindi dapat yan mailagay sa Philipine Embassy website dahil ito ay scam, illigal dito mag operate at dahil hindi naman ito Government Company/ Organization. Dapat lang ito ay alisin sa website ng Philippine Embassy para hindi na makakaloko ng iba pa nating mga kababayan na walang kamuhangmuhang. You have to imagine, How they, manipulated the election? As per Filex Articles of Incorporation, she is only chosen by the elected Board of Trustees and must act only as Adviser and not hold Executive position. She has no organization and no supporters. How can she act properly at Filex.
