Just some tips/suggestions for posters (and cross-posters): 1. If it's really necessary to disclose the email addresses of the recipients then do so, otherwise please use the BCC (blind carbon copy) so that the email addresses will not be harvested easily by spam mail bots.
2. Make sure that you don't just hit the "Select All" box carelessly on your email addressbook. there might be contacts who are not really supposed to be included in the email you're sending. this might lead to having an email address marked as spam sender because of careless sending of mails. 3. Lastly, trim the email threads if possible - especially those with very long signatures. There are lots of email etiquette tips out there that are just a Google Search away...
