NON-LIBRARIANS) LOOKING FOR A JOB:
1. Read the instruction/s carefully.
When I say read the instructions carefully, read, as in read. If you
will note, when Gerlie posted the "Urgent Hiring" notice, it says there:
For those interested or any inquiries, please look for:
Ms. Dhey Salcedo
HR Supervisor
3654765 or 3638551
Posting your inquiry online, will only duplicate the information already given:
"That you have to look for Ms. Dhey Salcedo". But if you will call the number
of Ms. Dhey Salcedo, you will already know the requirements and whether you are
qualified or not.
2. When writing a letter or e-mail, don't use text-like messages. Be sure
that you use the correct grammar. When I was screening applicants for
librarian, the first ones which I disqualified are those with obvious
grammatical errors and with text-like messages. Those applications lack
professionalism.
