We charge overdue fines if they are already overdue until September 26 only.
We do not charge anything for the lost book or damaged book. If they return
the book we accept them but we throw them away because they are already full
of mud and/or moldy. We do not want our staff to get sick either of
diseases calused by molds or by leptospirosis when they handle these wet and
muddy books. We do not require them to present the books if they write a
letter to the effect that they can no longer locate them because because we
know for a fact that even cars floated and went with the current.
