hi z, grab a copy of Sarmiento's book "educational law and the private schools", c2009 (kahit un c2006) for your needed guidelines. this is an annotated compilation of decs, ched, tesda, laws and legislation about Phil educ including the jurisprudences on education as promulgated by the SC. the c2009 ed. includes the manual of regulation for private higher education institutions w/c took effect Dec 2008.
