Anybody Please help us: We are going to prepare a salary standard for the
Librarians in our school, may we know the answer on the following questions:
1. Is there a minimum standard on training and experience for a librarian?
ex.: 2 years work experience required?
2. How about qualification in terms of education?
Elementary Librarian;
High School Librarian;
College Librarian- MLIS with License.
