Forum’s objectives are as follows:
1. To be customer-centric library organization while discovering library- 
customer chemistry;
2. To handle difficult library customers appropriately;
3. To establish effective customer relationships management 
through web-based/online 24-hour service to invisible and wired library 
customers.
