1. To be customer-centric library organization while discovering library- 
customer chemistry;
2. To handle difficult library customers appropriately;
3. To establish effective customer relationships management by
acquiring, maintaining and expanding library customer database; and,
4. To create mechanisms in providing and marketing hardcore
web-based/online 24-hour service to invisible and wired library
customers.
