Please go to the Website of INASP. They have many free journals there. Also search for the Website of Philjol and Philippine e-journals sa google. Marami dun. Kung print naman any university or college will have journals (published yun wala yatang unpublished journals) because they are required by CHED to produce journals. Just write to them and exchange your journals with them.
