I am a Master of Library and Information Science student from the University of the Philippines. I am currently doing my thesis entitled "Empowering Librarians with Labor Rights Education: A Study to Establish the Need to Integrate Labor Rights Education into the Curriculum of Library and Information Science Schools in the Philippines." As part of my study, I need to determine librarians' level of awareness of their rights as workers and librarians' perception on the proposal to include labor rights education in the LIS curriculum. So if you are a licensed librarian and is currently working in the private sector, I would like to request for your participation. The survey would just take you more or less five minutes to answer.
