You should list a priority of skills that you want to teach per level. Say in 
Grade 1, the topic will be on borrowing and returning and library orientation. 
The orientation by the way should be across all levels. You could also have 
topics like: How to take care of a book, parts of a book, DDC, OPAC, and how to 
research for high school classes. 

 
Question: Why is it only twice a year? Where I work right now, it is once a 
month. Of course it depends with teachers and coors in English department.
