Amy - Go back to the pre-visit results/reports of the accreditation. Start from there. Also, PAASCU gives a list of what to prepare. You can make use of that list. In most cases what they give is a basic list that you can follow.
If you are thinking of strategies and structures on how to start preparing the list of required documents, your school admin will organize a PAASCU Execom. Members of the committee will help each other fulfill these requirements. The Execom schedules meetings and deadlines. Follow what the committee's plans will be since accreditation is a school community effort. It is essential that the school work as a team. Good luck!
