I relayed this to our Elsevier rep and I got a whole litany of why Elsevier
databases are priced exorbitantly... I can only listen to her in complete
disbelief!

Girl! Hey! You are talking to someone from a third world (yes! some would
use the term "developing") country!!!  and you are trying to justify why
Germany made a wrong move in this! Tsk tsk tsk! Some salesperson indeed!
