This is actually most of them, I think. Most need to be configured for 
asynch. transfers at the SCSI card. Does it matter? Not for the scanner - 
the bottleneck is the scanner itself, not the transfer rate - though it 
wouldn't be good for devices which can shift >5Mb/s, like HDD's. Best to 
stick them on a separate channel or controller anyway.
