filmscanners: Kodak RFS 3600 (report)

Just received our 3600 yesterday. (in Canada)

Once install was done I attempted my first scan.

As soon as I clicked one import/twain, the whole system
locked up. (PC)

Happened with both USB & SCSI

Kodak informed me that they are sending  replacement
software to see if that rectifies the problem.

They also mentioned that they will be coming out with
a software up grade in a couple of weeks.
