More *colour* information - a wider range of colours. Resolution has nothing to do
with gamut. RGB values are mapped differently, across this wider range. There is no
change in file size as the volume of data is unchanged, however the range of colour it
represents is larger with wide gamuts, smaller with small gamuts. The attached profile
is what determines how the data is mapped to colours within the gamut's colour space.
