Ed, you meant to say "kiel0019+.jpg", not "kiel0019.jpg", didn't you?

This isn't a reliable way to start the numbering.

A better way is to use the file name "kiel0019.jpg".  It should
then use kiel0019.jpg, kiel0020.jpg, etc.
