I just released VueScan 6.6 for Windows, Mac OS and Linux.

What's new in version 6.6

  * Significantly improved image cleaning.  It now
    removes dust spots completely when there's an
    infrared channel and reduces film grain at the
    same time (with or without the infrared channel).

This is the first version that does a better job removing
dust spots than the ICE algorithm, and even works well
with Kodachrome (ICE doesn't).
