I had installed the "unofficial" release of the 6.01 upgrade on three computers. Two had no problem but on the third, my fastest and most powerful, I was unable to access the color picker in the text dialogue menu. The text was only red, as in the "quick mask" red. I therefore had to uninstall and reinstall the original PS6. This new official upgrade installed flawlessly. This isn't to say that there was a problem with the original file (it could have been anything, it's Windoze). But I wanted people to be aware in case you run into something unexplainable.
