filmscanners: Vuescan 7.0_.bmp file on g4mp/1.5gig_ram/450mghz

Bonjour!

whenever vuescan is asked to create a .bmp file while scanning in the
'raw' mode, bw negs, the first frame is 'printed' twice on the 'contact
proof sheet', so you always get the first two frames as twins...
anybody met this situation???
