Nothing yet available in dust & scratch removal has no softening. Both
Polaroid's current software scheme and the various hardware IR schemes have
a softening effect. They do have various levels so they can effect can be
varied.

Shawn - how about dust? Does the software based dust removal work on
negatives with normal amount of some dustspecks? And does it work without
reducing sharpness?
