The Eudora Light version I'm using is from 1995, so I guess that's what you would call "very old". Another instance of upgrade-or-perish, I suppose. I do have access to browser-based email, but I don't like the clutter and slowness. In the immediate case, now that the Reply-To header has been restored, I'm happy again. Hopefully, the new features that you appreciate are still there, and we can both be happy. And I do appreciate the "[Finale]" showing up in the subject line on every message. When I haven't been online for a day, I frequently have 50+ messages waiting, of which nearly half are from the list (and nearly the other half are junk mail). The distinct subject line makes it easier to sort them out. -- Henry Howey wrote: >Please note the REPLY TO LIST feature has just been added to the header. > >Keep those cards and letters coming;-) Thanks, Henry. I notice that the Reply-To is now "unxmail.shsu.edu" instead of "lists.shsu.edu". But since that varies in the To field as well, and I'm reading messages from both, I assume that both addresses get delivered the same. -- Dennis again, in another message: >So do I, 3.0.6. Message|Reply to All (ALT+M+A) Yeah, well, I've managed to get along fine all these years with version 1.5.4. I know where to download the current version, and I'll do it when and if it becomes necessary, but as long as it continues to do the job, I like to stick with the older versions. I've always admired Eudora as a tidy program that doesn't become obsolescent after a few years. Anyway, my penchant for ancient software aside, doesn't the Reply to All command result in duplicate messages sent to the person whose message is being responded to? I don't consider that a good thing. mdl _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
