Copy all the desired notes to a scratch staff. Use Classic Transposition plugin's "Fixed Pitch" facility to get the notes. If your score was in C you would choose "Fifth" and Octave setting of 1 for this case. Then use the Cue Notes plugin to assign them to the percussion/drum staff.
