I gave "How do I avoid this" instead of "How do I fix this" instructions. Also, if you've done any vertical spacing of your staves that you would like to keep you can go to the staff tool and select the handles (top handle if a system is optimized) of all your displaced staves and drag them where you want. David's method will get rid of the extra space, but space all staves equidistantly.
