Easiest for most people, perhaps. For me, the fact that it is web-based is exactly what makes it harder. The reason I prefer to use the Usenet and email list groups instead of web sites is because browsing is problematic on my system. I can handle basic HTML fine, so long as the files aren't too long, too poorly written, or too filled with images. Once you start getting into scripts and cookies and pretty much anything that requires a plug-in other than Acrobat, I have troubles. Most pages take too long to load, many will never load properly at all, and some will crash my entire system. Thus, I generally avoid the web, unless I know exactly where I'm going, and even then I have my preferences set to have almost everything turned off. I don't know if those forms for changing my configuration would work for me or not. I was going to give it a try, but when I saw the password requirement (before I saw your message explaining it) I didn't pursue it. Anyway, even the smoothest web page still requires the delay of opening the browser in the first place, a tedious matter that I prefer to avoid. For me, sending Unix-style commands in an email message is definitely easier. mdl _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
