My first question would be how you paid for your order: if you offered a
credit card number, check to see if your credit card has been billed yet.
Having reviewed your complaint, though, and based upon your I'm not sure
that I'm willing to consider this as negatively as you seem to be. Delays
in release of software, and hardware are commonplace, and can have any one
of a number of causes.
For the record, I'll accept your "bad web design", but IMO, a two month
delay in availability is too early to call a product "vaporware"; this can
be caused by something as simple as the producer of the circuit board
going out of business, and needing to find a new supplier of the boards
(to name one of any number of potential problems). which could easily
cause a delay in the availability of production models. Have not various
operating system revisions from both Microsoft and Apple also had ship
dates than originally projected by the firms?
I do empathize with you, though, that he product you were counting on will
not seem to be available....
