Well, it might actually be welcomed by some, but I find it as equally dreaded as Special Part Extraction and never extract parts with it on. I find that it adds too much space between systems. I would far rather have a larger bottom margin and normal spacing between systems than to have abnormal spacing between systems but to have the top and bottom systems line up with the top and bottom margins.
