Michael, to make this clear: I was not and am not criticizing you or your 
email style, but merely trying to explain Philip's remarks. Apparently to 
no avail, so I'll try again...

There are no quotation marks in your messages at all, except for the ones 
that were present in the messages you're replying to.

I did not, please read again. Unless you're referring to the word "etc." 
Here's an etcetera, if you want: you start each paragraph with an 
indentation. That's fine with written letters (depending on what you 
learned at school I guess), but paragraphs in email messages are usually 
separated by an empty line. Makes them easier to read.

I'm quite sure I *did* explain to you what Philip meant. Perhaps not well 
enough, hence this second attempt (=previous two paragraphs).

We all get along just great, because we can always return to the subject of 
Finale when discussions get out of hand. If you feel you're unjustly 
criticized and you still have no idea why, after asking for and receiving 
an explanation, then the easiest thing to do is simply forget about it. 
It's only virtual anyway :-)
