I thought that was fairly succinct Keith. Strictly speaking, Co means a diminished triad -- Co7 is used for a diminished 7th. C� means half-diminished. Sometimes it's written C�7, but that seems to me to be tautologous since half-diminished already tells you the minor 7th is there.
