For the first problem:
You can use many words under a single note. Just use a "hard" space, i.e.
one that not will jump to the next note. In Macintosh is option+space. In PC
I don�t know, but it should be in the manual (probably alt+space).
I have used this procedure many times. As Johannes has suggested, increase
the maximum width for a measure in the music spacing options.
For the second problem (if and only if I understood well the problem):
When you have time prepare a set of starting intonation bars. Make TIFF
files of each one. Insert them at will whenever you need them as graphic
files.
