like to pay me for my time
Where is this heaven where you work? I spend hours, days, weeks arranging composing, transcribing music for the groups I conduct at my Music Centre for which I am paid nothing, not even "thank you" (not from my management superiors anyway)
My only payment is the kids' faces when one of the pieces does the trick.
