Dear Stan, Generally, if the item is italicised in the MIDI list, then it can't find it. So you have to work out some way of making OMS see your clavinova. Perhaps you could manually add the instrument in OMS rather than use the automatic detection. Then link it to either 1 or 2 of the midisport by dragging a cable between the new device and the Midisport icon. Also, I've found that in the Finale MIDI options, you shouldn't pick the Midisport as your in-out device, but rather the Clavinova. Hope this helps somewhat. It's been a while since I've had to toil over OMS, so I hope that this makes some sort of sense.
