In reply to Aaron: I got the same story from them. I
e-mailed asking about a tracking number about three days after I placed my
order. Didn't hear back until two days later when they sent an e-mail
stating that an e-mail with a tracking number was sent to me already. Of
course, this e-mail had no tracking number. I e-mailed them again stating
that I had never received a tracking number, they sent a 2nd e-mail stating that
all orders get an e-mail sent with a tracking number. Of course, this
e-mail from them still had no tracking number. i finally had to call the
800 sales number and get it. A couple of days later, they replied to
my 2nd e-mail reply to them, again insisting that they sent an e-mail with
tracking no. to me. Yep, this e-mail reply from them still had no tracking
number. I again wrote back pointing this out and then finally (1 week to
the day that I placed the order, still no Fin2003 arrival) in the fourth e-mail,
did include a tracking number.
