Dear Rafael,

Although I have not tried it, I'm sure you could assign the harp 
harmonic symbol as a note expression and set playback transposition 
to +12. I see two drawbacks, though: The symbol would cause all 
simultaneous notes to play an octave higher, and you would need to 
enter a non-printing symbol to resume original pitches (-12 
transposition). It would work well for isolated notes, but not for 
more complicated passages such as in Ravel's Introduction and Allegro.

A plug-in, of course, would be most convenient.
