You can add UseTruckCursor=1 to the [Settings] section, but this will just give you back the truck cursor that displays when you are executing a lengthy Mass Mover operation. (From Jari's review at www.finaletips.nu) If you want the truck icon on the toolbar, you have to select the 'Traditional' palette in Program Options.
