And the best thing about this is that you can unlock one system at a time. Obviously, this is not very useful when the systems above and below are locked, but if you are combing through your part adjusting Finale's system breaks, you can lock certain systems using Fit Music, then unlock the last one only to let everything reflow to the end of the piece.
