In the postscript driver there are two places where you can choose to download fonts, only one seems to do what you want. If you are in a recent version of MacOs this should be in the second "page" of the dialog (there is a pop-up where you select the different pages), near the bottom is a pop-up which lets you select different options for fonts, this should be set to "include all fonts". The checkbox on the "fonts" page of the dialog "always include fonts" may not have this effect and should be unchecked (at least it is in my setup, which works). If this doesn't work I suspect you may have a non-working postscript version of Petrucci on your system. It will be easiest to just reinstall the fonts from the Finale CD (I think you can install just the fonts).
