I admit it isn't much of a bright spot, but at least since you are using 
the program professionally the upgrade is a tax-deduction so it isn't a 
total loss.

I have been fortunate in that the OS that I use has remained 
consistently behind the major changes on the Windows side so I have 
missed the frustration such as Mac users are going through now, but I 
can empathize with people who are using OSX and will have to jump 
through hoops just to be able to use a valuable tool of their trade.

By the time I move to a totally 32-bit OS, all the leading-edge adopters 
will be complaining that Finale won't work properly on their 64-bit OS.
