Eh? 'A' and 'a' and ctrl-a all have different, well-defined ascii codes between 0 and 127. This is computer text 101. No need to track shift states. The option and alt combinations are less standard but will also work fine as long as one doesn't cross platforms with (or at least will work on Macs). Computer text 110. -- Robert Patterson http://RobertGPatterson.com _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
