That's a bloody stupid default setting, seems to me. It means that I don't get the benefit of knowing where the lyrics are that I'm going to change. It also means that I now have to jump through hoops to not lose the changes I've already made to the musical text (the rhythm is not the same). Could someone explain to me *why* this default is a good idea? And why it can't be turned off? -- David W.
