I believe it would be useful to have a utility, whether plug-in or not, which examines the lyric text and removes any syllable which has no assignment anywhere. I believe this would rectify most of the hyphen problems which type-in-score users occasionally encounter, as I believe such problems are almost always the result of superfluous syllables inadvertently introduced to the lyric text. (Another possible solution to the same problem would be if deleting a note in speedy entry were to cause it's attached syllable to be deleted altogether so long as there is no other assignment to the same syllable, but that might sometimes result in unwanted deletions for click-assignment users.) mdl _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
