but the 0-line may show up in printing.   the expression can be made to include the 5 
staff lines, and a clef as an arrowhead attached to the middle line... but i don't see 
how to rotate it once it is in [i.e. note/measure-attached] the score [is this 2002+ 
behaviour?, i can't rotate text expressions in 2001d].   one could however rotate the 
middle line to be vertical while still in the shape designer dialogue box, add four 
vertical lines properly spaced.   then assign to note/measure.
