Afterwards, cut 'n paste the subject, and then edit the dross to a "From" line to note the poster. Or, you can use an emailer which can "burst" digests to facilitate the reply thing. I'm not sure which ones have it and which don't or which ones can do that as a script. Mine doesn't so I use the above method when replying to something from a digest. No big deal because the lists I take in digest form are of peripheral interest and I'm mostly just monitoring. For instance the Darwin list has some choice tidbits for OS X users but it's not like I login into ">console" or single user mode everyday. Thanks for changing the subject...
