'Copy Layer Items' is currently a Mac-only plugin. I'd love to say I'd be able to port it by tomorrow morning but that would be a gross exaggeration. I actually need an assistant. The amount of plugin ideas that I know how to design/implement overwhelms my speed to write the code by a considerable margin.
