This will be either a breeze or a nightmare depending on how the MIDI files
were produced. The procedure is easily described: open the midi file,
specify a lot of details about quantization, grace notes, etc, and then
clean it up with Speedy (and other Tools).

I suggest you try it out with something complicated from
http://www.classicalarchives.com/midi.html .
