Hello,
I think it might be worth mentioning that the latest TGTools can
transpose quartertones correctly. This is especially needed for creating
Bb parts etc.
Currently it works with the user-defined nonstandard key signature
approach only. I am open to requests to extend it for other methods of
doing quartertones with Finale. TGTools is now at 2.13b.
